Every piece is made to order and individually energy-blessed for you through a traditional empowerment ritual. For this reason, all sales are final: orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once placed.

Order changes or cancellations can be accepted only within 24 hours of purchase — before preparation and the energy-empowerment ritual begin. Please contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right. Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

This policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that may apply in your country.
